日本、東京、港区、西麻布の神社・櫻田神社 
治承四年（1180）源頼朝の令により霞山桜田明神として霞ヶ関桜田門外に鎮座。寛永元年（1624）には現在の場所に遷られた。文治五年（1189）頼朝公が30貫の田畑を寄進、一般農家の田と区別するため、御神田の畔に桜を植えたのが「桜田」の由来という。
